[Pak Youth] Why admissions in VU are lowering from past 2 or three semesters?

Assalam o Alaikum

Classes are starting from tomorrow and until now, for upcoming semester, only 4652 students have taken admission in VU which is very low. Out of 4652 admissions, 3944 are of degree programs and rest are of other programs including zero semester, diploma, etc. In your opinion, what are the reasons due to which admissions in VU are getting less and less from past two or three semesters?
