Price = Coupon payment + face value

Price = coupon pament / ( 1 + YTM ) + face value / ( 1 + YTM )
900 = 7 / ( 1 + YTM ) + 1000 / ( 1 + YTM )
900 = 7 + 1000 / ( 1 +YTM )
1 + YTM = 1007 / 900
1 + YTM = 1.12
YTM = 1.12 -1
YTM = 0.12
