Job Description:
· Must have 7+ years' experience with Cisco Checkpoint/PIX/ASA/Palo Alto firewalls.
· Must have experience modifying firewall rule sets, studying network traffic flows to reverse-engineer the required firewall rules to lock down an application, and troubleshooting firewall problems in an enterprise or service provider environment under short time constraints involving complex network application flows between multiple hosts spanning multiple firewalls and different geographic locations.
· Must have hands-on technical experience installing, configuring, documenting, and providing ongoing support for Cisco ASA /Checkpoint firewalls, and Cisco routers at multiple customer sites.
· Experience in product evaluation and managing vendor relationships required.
· Experience in defining Information Security strategy and integrating security technologies into corporate frameworks.
· Primary Skill Set: Checkpoint / Cisco /Palo Alto
· They must have networking experience

Be an overall technical lead to coordinate and lead the work to produce the Business Requirements document (BR) and System Requirements (SR) for very large, complex projects that support the Voice Networking and Unified Communication portfolio
•Experience in performing OSS Planning, Tier 1 Systems Engineering & Architecture Analysis
•Provides end-to-end project management and business analyst support throughout the lifecycle of a project by directing the efforts of project team(s) in a matrix organization to support the internal and external customer experience and deliver a completed product and/or service
•Experience in documentation of Tier 1 Business Requirements while working with the Tier 2 System Engineers, Project Managers, Product Management, Process Engineers, Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Program Managers and Client Account Managers/Business Consultants
•Working knowledge of Enterprise applications (Wireline and Mobility), Network and Customer Service processes including Sales/Contracting, Ordering, Service Delivery/Provisioning, Service Assurance, and Billing/Usage Collection.
•Candidates must have working knowledge of Budget Management, Release Management, Project Management and User Acceptance Testing support
•Interfaces with senior leadership to establish policies and performance objectives for all programs, and assess strategic and tactical plans
•Support IT and business groups as needed when issues or requests for action arise, including operational issues
•Drive efficiency in deliverables by recommending and implementing change to process in order to save time but ensure integrity and quality of the delivery of initiatives
•Ability to drive strategy based on industry/internal intelligence and ambiguous requirements to help make important business decisions
•Work with a wide spectrum of Business stakeholders to benchmark best practices, identify gaps, and develop tactical and strategic plans to drive implementation, communication and product realization
•Comprehensive experience in user requirement definition, recommending business solutions/alternatives, and assisting clients in defining new services that ride on new technologies.
