[Pak Youth] Trials and Tribulations
If you read the Quran you will see that all the Prophets (Peace Be Upon All Of Them) went through trials and tribulations. Life is a test so let us learn from the best examples of our Prophets (Peace Be Upon All Of Them).
"Or do you think that you will enter Paradise while such [trial] has not yet come to you as came to those who passed on before you? They were touched by poverty and hardship and were shaken until [even their] messenger and those who believed with HIM said,"When is the help of ALLAH?" Unquestionably, the help of ALLAH is near."
(Quran 2:214)
We should know that if we are pleased with our Lord, HE will be pleased with us. And if you are pleased with your Lord no matter what the situation is, then you will find that you have earned your Lord's pleasure. On the other hand, there are hypocrites whom ALLAH rejects their deeds. They are displeased with what ALLAH sends down and they hate seeking His pleasure thus their deeds are performed in vain.
May ALLAH save us from this attitude and make us grateful for everything we receive. Aameen

4) PeopleSoft developer with HCM and FMS
PeopleSoft development experience with either HCM or FMS on modifications, reports, workflow, conversions and interfaces is desired. They would be working primarily to manage the offshore work but could also be asked to do work themselves. They would be accountable to help design the technical solution, develop it, test it and work with the ITS project team to ensure it ultimately meets the requirements. The role would provide the following services:
1.Manage the work being done offshore and ensure that it meets any deadlines agreed t0
2.Assist in the development of technical specifications including test cases needed to ensure the deliverable will meet requirements
3.Have and be able to leverage functional knowledge of either:
a.Core HR module, (including most of the following: Basic setup, Personal Data, Job Data, Position Management and Compensation, with additional focus on Learning Management and Profile Management), Benefits Administration, North American Payroll or Commitment Accounting.
OR
b.PeopleSoft FMS modules such as General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Procurement, eProcurement, Grants, Asset Management and Planning and Budgeting.
