Abler is a non-government organization (NGO) using dry waste material to produce electricity. Abler is facing hurdles in convincing people to put dry wasted material in the baskets and bags provided to them after every 3 days at their doors. For this they have decided to start an awareness campaign for the advantages of using dry waste material to produce cheap electricity. For this a team of researchers has divided population of 5 different cities into sub groups on the basis of areas. Every group includes population containing different characteristics including different age groups, education level and professions. After dividing whole population into small subgroups, 30 small subgroups were chosen randomly to start with.

Which type of sampling design they have used? Justify your answer.

Fifteen years ago, Ali Akbar started Pak IT Solutions. As the demand for the services grew, company needed more employees for all phases of business. Ali began to hire employees; he realized that virtually no one had the range of skills needed to run many projects that were in process. Employees needed specialized skills in computers, understanding of data base management system, knowledge of web designing and programming, as well as expertise in software development. Ali was hiring talented post graduates with different areas of specialization. Despite of having relevant education, two or three years of training was needed to achieve required outcomes. Ali was paying above-market salaries and was then hoping they would learn enough in the first two or three years to become valued contributors to Pak IT Solutions.

The problem was that many talented employees left for better jobs within the first two years. Ali became convinced that he needed some type of incentive system that may increase an employee's commitment to company, particularly in the first several years of employment.

Requirement:

After analyzing the above given scenario, what incentive compensation system would you recommend for Pak IT Solutions to increase employees' commitment and retention? Give reasoning.

Question:

ABC Enterprises has planned to purchase an asset on lease from G
Corporation. The fair value of the asset is Rs.100,000 and the lease
rentals will be Rs.15,636 payable half-yearly whereas Rs. 20,000
payable as down payment. The un-guaranteed residual value of the asset
after the three-years lease period will be Rs.4,000. The implicit
annual interest rate in the lease agreement is 9.5%. The present value
of the minimum lease payment is Rs.80,000. The last payment is to be
made in full along with the interest charges due.

Required:

Find out the total amount of installments and interest respectively
associated with this lease agreement.

Note:

Complete working must be shown in tabular form.

I am currently on a quest for an amazing running shoe; A shoe that will last as I clock in the miles. I've finally recovered from a meniscus tear and plan to reward myself with an amazing pair of running shoes so I can hit the miles hard. It's crazy that a great pair of running shoes can make the difference in your performance. I've been a devoted customer to Saucony since my freshman year of high school. I've only had great experiences with their shoes regardless of the shoe model in terms of my running style. But this time, I want to get fitted for a shoe that is made for my personal running style.
