اُس نے کہا کہ ہم بھی خریدار ہو گۓ
بِکنے کو سارے لوگ ہی تیّار ہو گۓ

اُس نے کہا کہ ایک وفادار چاہۓ
سارے جہاں کے لوگ وفادار ہو گۓ

اُس نے کہا کہ کوئ گُنہگار ہے یہاں
جو پارسا تھے، وہ بھی گُنہگار ہو گۓ

اُس نے کہا کہ عاجز و مسکین ہے یہاں
سب لوگ گردِ کوچہ و بازار ہر گۓ

اُس نے کہا کہ کاش کوئ جنگ جُو ملے
آپس میں یار بر سرِ پیکار ہو گۓ

اُس نے کہا عدیم، میرا ہا تھ تھامنا
چاروں طرف سے ہا تھ نمودار ہو گۓ
