Artificial Intelligent Viva Exam

With the student experience now being a key focus for many academic institutions, students are being offered more choice and have growing expectations of a well-spread viva exam timetable that will enable the students to schedule their viva exams according to their feasible schedule. This will be an intelligent application that will allow the students to select the viva dates and viva center of their choice. It will help in avoiding the often rescheduling requests put up by the students for various reasons. The main feature of the application will be as follows:

 

• The application will allow the administrator(s) to upload the students for viva from the excel sheet.
• The administrator(s) can enter the project and supervisor information.
• The administrator(s) can add/manage the viva stations.
• The administrator(s) can manage the start date and end date of the viva.
• The functionality to include/exclude the weekends from viva dates and also allow the admin to exclude the day marked as holiday from viva dates.
•  The administrator(s) can assign the number slots of viva for each day.
• The Administrator can assign the viva panels for each viva date.
• The administrator(s) can assign the start time and end time of the viva.
• The administrator(s) can fix/extended the deadline of scheduling after which the user will not able to schedule the viva.
• The Administrator can print the viva schedule once the deadline for scheduling of viva is over.
• The administrator can print the viva sheets for each student's viva.
• The application will allow the administrator to schedule quickly and easily with Auto-Scheduling functionality.
• Only the students with valid username and passwords will be allowed to login the application.
• The students will be able to select the date, slot and center for the viva exam.
• Only the students that are marked eligible by the supervisor should be able to select the viva date.
• The students should not be able to reschedule the viva by itself.
• The application will provide the option to students to put up the reschedule request, provide the reason for reschedule and upload the related document for rescheduling.
• Once the student has scheduled the viva the automatic SMS and Email should be generated to the student.
• Print daily viva attendance sheets.
