· Desired PM candidate will have solid experience leading large, complex datacenter migration projects.
· The candidate should have demonstrated ability leading cross functional teams to define complex issues, identify interdependencies and develop a holistic strategic approach required to determine migration sequence & wave timelines.
· The position requires a strong background in managing Datacenter relocations / Data and understanding of application migrations. PM should have experience with planning, scheduling and solid understanding of systems management processes.
· At least 5 years' experience in leading technical teams in server consolidation/virtualization or datacenter relocation projects
· At least 3 years' experience in providing guidance to tech architects/managers to formulate project plans for data collection, migration of physical and virtual server relocations, using various migration methods(e.g., P2V) and migration
· At least 3 years' experience in leading transition teams and providing guidance to technical architects and managers to formulate project plans for migration for physical and virtual server relocations
· At least 4 years' experience in leading/managing technical teams in delivering optimization, consolidation, migration services as part of Datacenter IT Solutions
· WebSphere Commerce Suite
Location : Atlanta,GA

Description :
Excellent experience with WebSphere Commerce Suite (version 6
· or 7)
· Minimum of 3 years' experience with either Rational Application
· Developer (RAD) and/or WebSphere Studio Application Developer
· (WSAD)
· Very strong experience with J2EE architecture and development
· including Servlets, EJB's, JMS, and JSP
· Fully working knowledge of STRUTS, JSON and XML skills
· Expert in developing a framework to exploit the WS dynacache
· Experience with SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) Framework
· and Web Services
· Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving
· environment
· Strong background in server-side java technologies including EJB
· and servlets is required
· Excellent communication skills, work ethic and the ability to work
· well individually as well as in a team environment
· Experience is Sterling is a plus
