Position: Java Developer

Location: MIDDLETOWN, NJ

 

Job Description:
 * Java development experience

 • Tomcat development experience

 * MySQL experience

 • Development experience with XML/XSLT/netconf is required

 • Experience with designing and developing Restful API interfaces

 * Perl/Shell scripting experience

 * IBM Cognos development experience

 * MS/BS degree in computer science preferred

 • Strong understanding of TCP/IP concepts

 * Experience with testing and creating test plans is a must

 • Experience with automating testing using TCL/Expect and scripting is required

 • Development experience in a Linux/Unix environment is a must

 • Server OS background is needed – Solaris/Linux, Windows

 • Good understanding of application protocols is desirable – HTTP, SSL, RTMP, RTSP, DNS

 * Replicate and test production setup in a lab prior to deployment

 * Team player and ability to grasp high level instructions
