Monitoring ( Tools : ROBOT / CONSOLE)
-    System health checks
-    Batch Job monitoring
-    Message monitoring
-    Hardware alerts
-    Device status checks

User Maintenance
-    Password reset

Work Management
-    Monitor system activity, Managing jobs and threads & Managing job queues

Security and User Authority Administration
-    Authority to access objects & Data

BRMS
-    Verify the volumes for the backup
-    Run a test backup
-    Verify the Backup logs
-    Tape movements to Off-site
-    Co-ordination with onsite for any backup/restore tickets

Basic monitoring knowledge on MIMIX
Handling basic incident tickets & assistance
Good verbal & Communication skill
