Job Title : ITIL Process Analyst

Location  : Franklin Lakes, NJ

Duration  : 6 Months


Job Description:

·         Identify gaps and differences in existing processes relative to the workflow in ITSM 7.6

·         Work with Corporate Trainers to provide content for training

·         Typical responsibilities include complex data mining, trend analysis, metric and report production, process maturity and compliance assessment, process flow charting, and iterative process activities

·         Influences stakeholders that cross multiple functionalities for process development, implementation, and support.

·         Drives creation of process requirements, functional requirements, and validation of solutions.

 

Requirements

·         Candidate must have a strong understanding of ITIL processes.  Specifically Incident Management and Service Request Fulfillment

·         Strong understanding of BMC ITSM 7.6 Remedy tool

Have an excellent working relationship with Global Process Owners and Process Management team.
