[Pak Youth] Looking for the Guidance of Programming Expert

 

Dear Programming Gurus/Experts,

 

 

I am novice in programming . In my last semester I just learned basic of C/C++ in subject CS201(Introduction to programming)

 

I am curious to know about, learn and develop a database Like the database developed by NADRA for all citizens of Pakistan ,PTCL Phone directory,  PTA SIM Registration etc.

 

Please tell and guide me which programming language/s and tools are being used to develop such kind of data bases ?

 

Secondly at what stage in my MCS programme i will be able to develop such kind of database?

 

Looking for your valuable guidance , support and comments on the same.
