Hi Guys & Girls…. It's time to make Fun…

Let's Party!!!!!!!!

 

 A Welcome and farewell party has been scheduled for PMBD01 Students. The main objectives for organizing this party are to promote deeply friendship and intimation relations in studies between students and to introduce themselves with each other.

It is also being held to boost up confidence in students not only in their studies but also in practical activities of life. On the eve of this occasion, students will realize their talent among the big bigs of certain fields.

All Students of PMBD01 Campus are directed to make it convenient to attend the said party as per following schedule:

Special Awards will be attributed to:

1.      Top CGPA One from each program       (BBA, BCOM, BSC, BSCS, MBA, MIT, MCS)

2.      Best Personality of the Party's Day.          (One Male, One Female Student)

3.      Best Performer /Performance of the Day    (One Male, One Female Student)

4.      Special Certificates for Party Organizers and Guests.

 

Party Dues Detail:

1.         Every student will have to pay Rs. 500/- for party expenditures. Please do pay party funds before 25th October, 2011 at PMBD01 to Campus Management.

Note: (All Seniors & Juniors students will have to pay this fund)

2.          If some of the students want to invite their Relatives or Friends also, they shall be allowed to invite maximum two guests with them. Students will have to pay Rs. 200/- extra for one guest each. It is mandatory to inform us before 25th October 2011 about your guests.

 

Performance Audition Detail:

We would also like to appreciate if anyone performs something like (poetry, songs, drama, or anything else) on the stage, for this you are directed to inform us before 17th October, 2011. For final selection you will have to appear for an Audition at campus as per following schedule:

Rules and Regulations for this Party:

1.      Campus Management will arrange a Photographer to capture the memories of this event. So, all students are strictly advised that you guys & girls will not allowed for photography at your own during party. Pictures of this event will be available at campus on very next day, so you can receive from there.

2.         Each student will attend this party; there will be no Excuse to run away from Senior or Junior students.
