Please recall the scene of "Suleh-Hadabia", when a Sahabi arrived just before the Signing of Accord but The Prophet returned him with his "Mushrik Lord"....and that proved harmful for that "Mushrik Lord" only ...
We all pray for Lady Amina for his Determination on Islam & Al-Quran.
Further ... now after Fateh Makeh A Mushrik has any right over a Muslim ... that's as per Islam. ... Even Mushrik's blood is "Hilal" over Muslim until the Mushrik is under the custody of Islamic Govt. So there is no reason to hand over the lady to her Mushrik Mother in any case. The Judge require only one reason ... as per Islam the daughter is ownership of her father nothing else. That's where democracy stands against Islam ... it allows people to make laws against the Islam ... I would like to know the faith of that Judge whom gave that anti-Islam decision ... along with the same judge whom gave decision against Malik Mumtaz Qadri.
