The oral CGPA or only CGPA means that result oriented CGPA which we receive with every result (means after mid or final). Whereas effective CGPA means which you take after whole MBA or degree. Now I have passed our and my CGPA is 3.42 so it is my effective CGPA.. Do you understand or still cycle-stand.... hahahaha....
