 - WINDOWS 2000, 2003 and WINDOWS 2008 OS troubleshooting skills.

 - Microsoft Cluster 2008 / 2003 knowledge

 - VMware knowledge

 - Citrix Knowledge

 - Basic HP server H/W knowledge including iLO/RILO, RAID and HP Teaming

 - Netback up client troubleshooting

 - Firmware up gradation on BIOS/NIC/HBA cards
