Position:QA Lead
Develop/create/implement the project QA strategy, master test plans and related documents, and test schedules. • Develop the testing resource plan • Ensure complete documentation of test scripts and test plans tied back to requirements. • Oversee the execution of test cases/scenarios across development projects. • Ensure complete documentation of test scripts and test plans tied back to requirements. • Identify and track defects, issues, risks, and action items. Prepare testing status reports and defect metrics. • Validate requirements for system testing, report preparation, defect recording, and defect tracking. • Facilitate the defect triage meetings • Ensure that regression testing is executed prior to deployment to production • Work closely with the project leadership for direction and escalation. • Mentor and coach project team member on the use of the testing tools, primarily, Quality Center • Function as the project QC project administrator . ![]()

At least 10 years IT experience; 5+ years in QA Leadership role; Strong leadership qualities • Well-versed with the QA Life Cycle and the SDLC • Technical background desired • Experience in working with and coordinating work efforts with multiple teams • Team player; flexible; adaptable; proactive; reliable; trust-worthy; driven; output-oriented MUST HAVE prior Project Management experience in a leadership role.
