Aaine ki bahon min, dard ki panahon min.
Dil zada musafir he be nishan raahon min.

Dubta hoa suraj rait ka gharunda he.
Sham k dhund lake min phir koi akela he.

Arsa tamanna min, dharkanon ki dunya min.
Khawahishon k jungle min, tashnagi k sehra min.

ZINDAGI AKELI HE APNE BAAL BIKHRAE.

ZINDAGI BHATAKTI HE KHALI HATH PHELAE.
